Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Mechanical or related fields.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in procurement, with specific experience in purchasing raw materials, MRO, and services in food and beverage manufacturing industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role. Proven experience in supplier selection processes, including tendering and negotiations related to Raw materials/MRO/Services and supplier development.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation skills, particularly in the context of raw materials and machinery procurement.
• Ability to analyze procurement data and reports to make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in office software and procurement management systems, such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements relevant to raw materials procurement and supply chain management.
