We are now looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused, creative thinking, data-driven, and deadline-oriented professional to join our marketing team to drive the awareness of Armuli with Arts Nation through various online and offline marketing activities in Vietnam.
Job Description:
Marketing strategy & planning:
- Contribute to the development of the long-term marketing plans and strategies to achieve our business goals on the basis of analyses, marketing evaluations, analyses of historical trends
- Develop communication plans, event plans, and execution plans based on the approved marketing plans (including budget)
- Develop a detailed work plan for the given scope/workstream based on the overall plan
- Coordinate and collaborate with Embassy Education’s internal and external resources to optimize the brand’s influence and impact, driving leads and new customer conversion.
Workstream execution:
Your scopes will be aligned with your line manager, including but not limited to some of the following:
- Develop detailed content for social channels (including Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, YouTube, and TikTok…), website, PR, and email marketing… in Vietnamese and English
- Reply to messages and comments on our channels following the process and guidelines
- Write a visual brief and work closely with the designer or third-party providers to deliver design items such as social media posts, digital banners, invitations, certifications, backdrops, POSM, OOH materials, booklet…
- Work closely with the cameraman, media team, or third-party providers for shooting and filming
- Plan and organize events such as open days, workshops, webinars, and other brand/marketing activities…
- Setup or create paid/organic performance campaigns across social media and our own media
- Monitor and optimize the performance campaigns to ensure the best outcome of the spending
- Analyze the campaign data and suggest any changes to the plan if needed for better result
- Implement other marketing activities based on the strategy at each period
- Collaborate with other members, and departments (including the Admission and Academic department) to ensure timely materials delivery.
Report & Analysis:
- Measure and report performance of all the assigned marketing campaigns/activities (including digital marketing) and assess against goals (ROI and KPI) with insight and plan for further improvement
Coordinating & supporting:
• Coordinate and support other team members within and outside the marketing team when needed
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields
- Minimum 2+ years creating (conceptualizing and executing) integrated marketing campaigns
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Experience in corporate communications, pitch deck, and case study development
- Excellent discernment, great aesthetic sense, keen eyes for details, and commitment to the highest quality standards
- Able to think strategically and creatively beyond typical parameters, strong in problem-solving
- Experience managing online marketing strategy and execution on various online marketing channels including social media and website
- Deep understanding of major social media platforms including analytics and business management tools
- Deep understanding of and passion for education and creative education
- A team player with the ability to build relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and partners
