The purpose of this role is to develop skills needed to provide support to the senior team, gaining experience of all administrative tasks to ensure campaigns run smoothly and to plan.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

Develops, manages, and executes digital media campaigns with a strong focus on strategy, optimization, and performance delivery.
Serves as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring exceptional service.
Leads collaboration with external vendors and partners to explore new opportunities, innovations, and digital solutions.
Oversees campaign performance, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring optimal resource allocation to achieve business objectives.
Works cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve complex challenges and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Drives revenue forecasting and budget management, ensuring financial targets are met.
Takes full ownership of deliverables, effectively prioritizing tasks to align with both client needs and internal team goals.
Develops process documentation and oversees billing and financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Leads campaign analysis and reporting, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Experience & Skills:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital media execution, preferably within a media agency.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) for data analysis and presentations.
Strong strategic planning and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for optimization.
Experience with digital tracking platforms and measurement solutions.

Proven track record in delivering results and optimizing performance-based campaigns.
Strong ability to evaluate and interpret campaign outcomes to inform future strategies.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables while ensuring high-quality execution.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
