Job responsibilities:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards of safety and performance are met.
• Develop and integrate active safety systems for passenger vehicles, including advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) such as automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assist, adaptive cruise control
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless integration of safety systems with the vehicle's overall architecture
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to address issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Foster a collaborative environment and facilitate effective communication among team members.

Job requirements:

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in active safety or ADAS development
• Proficiency in automotive safety systems, sensor technologies (e.g., radar, lidar, cameras), and vehicle dynamics
• Development and integration of active safety systems, including sensors, controllers, and algorithms, into passenger vehicles
• Data analysis from tests and real-world driving to identify potential issues and areas for improvement
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the performance and functionality of active safety systems
• Familiarity with functional safety standards such as ISO 26262
• Sself-starter with a customer-focused mindset.
• Good communication skills in English.
