GENERAL MISSION

• Responsible for the overall planning, organization and supervision of all administrative and operational activities in the bars.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS:

• To performs his duties within the framework defined by Director of F&B, the hotel’s Policies & Procedures and following the country’s laws and regulations in coordination with the Director of F&B and the various Outlet Managers.
• To assist the Bar Manager and F&B Manager in ensuring that all company and hotel policies & procedures and minimum standards are being properly set and adhered too.
• To assist the Bar Manager in monitoring service and F&B standard.
• To work closely with the outlet Managers and to take corrective action when necessary.
• To carry on special projects assigned by the Bar Manager.
• To assist in management of outlets & banquet when necessary.
• To keep an updated monthly attendance sheet of all Outlets Managers, Assistant Outlet Managers and other F&B department heads.
• To check each F&B departmental employees schedule and make necessary changes according to the volume of business.
• To personally and frequently verify that guests in outlets are receiving the best possible service.
• To spend time in the various outlets during peak periods to ensure that the operation is managed well by his outlet team. Ensure that the greeting standards in all bars.
• To frequently verify that only fresh products are used in the bar.
• Check the quality, presentation of food and beverage served at the bar.
• To ensure that special set up (promotions etc.) be installed in the various point of sales in due time and according to pre-established specifications

• Minimum 2-3 years in a bar environment, with at least 1 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Knowledge of local liquor laws and regulations.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and craft cocktails.
• Proficiency in mixology, garnishing, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Excellent in English language
