This role is responsible for designing, configuring and continuously improving SAP solutions to support end-to-end supply chain & warehouse operations (Mega Market DC, convenience retail chains, 3PL FMCG clients). The role will work closely with Operations, Solutions Design and Finance to convert business requirements into SAP functional designs and ensure stable execution in daily operations.

· Gather business requirements from Operations / Solutions / Finance and convert into functional system design

· Configure and optimise SAP modules related to warehouse & distribution flows (preferred: MM / WM / EWM, SD)

· Design end-to-end process flows for inbound / putaway / picking / packing / dispatch / store receiving

· Build integration between SAP and external systems (WMS, TMS, scanning devices, OMS, 3rd party client systems)

· Develop BRD/FSD, solution blueprint, test scripts (SIT/UAT), cut-over plan, go-live support

· Manage change requests, defect log and continuous improvement backlog

· Provide training / guidance to end-users for proper system usage

Proactively identify opportunities to automate / simplify supply chain processes through system enhancement.

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in IT / Business / Supply Chain or related field

·         Minimum 4–7 years hands-on experience with SAP in supply chain / warehouse / retail environment

·         Proven track record in end-to-end SAP solution design, configuration and deployment

·         Strong experience in warehouse processes (DC inbound, outbound, inventory, replenishment)

·         Experience in integration projects (API / EDI) is an advantage

·         Strong documentation discipline and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

·         Experience in multi-site / multi-DC environment

·         FMCG / 3PL / Retail company background

·         Experience with SAP EWM is a plus

·         Hands-on, solution-driven, able to work closely with the warehouse floor to validate scenarios

·         Able to balance between business needs and system feasibility

·         Comfortable working in fast, high-volume operations environment
