- Coordinate and support the entire recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and performing reference checks.

- Negotiate salary and benefits, and guide candidates through the documentation and onboarding process for successful hires.

- Address candidate inquiries related to salary, benefits, and other employment-related matters.

2. Event Participation:

- Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events to attract potential candidates.

3. Database Management:

- Maintain and update the HR database and candidate tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

4. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment support.

5. Compliance and Strategy:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process to maintain a fair and consistent approach.

- Assist in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified and diverse candidates.

6. Administrative Support:

- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed, including handling correspondence and maintaining files.

7. Talent Sourcing:

- Create and maintain a pipeline for causual and interns to meet staffing needs efficiently.

8. Additional Support:

- Assist the Recruitment manager with any ad-hoc tasks or issues that arise related to recruitment.

1. Proven experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
   
7. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
