• Provide professional advisory and executive support to the Hotel Manager to achieve strategic goals.
• Develop and implement F&B promotions, strategies, and special events with the Executive Chef and Director of Sales & Marketing.
• Coordinate the upkeep and cleanliness of all outlets.
• Liaise with the Executive Chef on menu engineering, portion control, and food standards.
• Maintain all outlet equipment (menus, linen, china, glass, electrical equipment, POS system).
• Regularly check stock, requisitions, and equipment.
• Drive programs affecting guest satisfaction and outlet profitability.
• Implement control procedures to minimize errors, fraud, and waste.
• Ensure the property is recognized as a market innovator.
• Coordinate hotel wine lists, ensuring variety and price consistency.
• Manage entertainers, ensuring quality standards.
• Handle F&B complaints promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws, including intoxicated and underage guests.
• Prepare monthly outlook/forecast reports.
• Negotiate F&B contracts within corporate guidelines.
• Conduct development and performance reviews, identifying key personnel for growth.
• Implement and maintain training systems for associate efficiency.
• Prepare work and annual leave schedules within budget and legislative guidelines.
• Participate in Strategic Business and Operating Plan preparation.
• Attend required meetings.

• Ensure associate compliance with grooming and uniform standards.
• Oversee selection and appointment of new departmental associates.
