POSITION OVERVIEW

A Product Launch Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful introduction of new products to both local and international markets. Their key functions include

• Strategy development
• Coordination
• Project management & performance monitoring
  
  

Primary Activities

Product Strategy and Roadmap

• Develop and refine the product launch strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Create detailed product roadmaps, setting clear goals and milestones for the launch
  
  

Cross-functional Coordination

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, engineering, and design teams to ensure cohesive execution of the launch plan
• Facilitate communication between departments to align on product vision and objectives
  
  

Project Management

• Oversee the product development process, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Manage risks and resolve issues that may arise during the launch process.
• Track key performance metrics to evaluate the success of the product launch.
  
  

Desired Experience/Education/Skills

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES

• Education Bachelor’s degree in veterinary science, Animal Health, Biotechnology, Business administration or related fields.
• Experience 05 years of experience in animal health industry and minimum 3 years of project leader. Experience in exporting product to China and be familiar with GACC and MARA registration is a plus.
• Strong leadership capable of leading cross-functional teams and driving them towards common goals
• Strong communication skills essential for coordinating with various teams and stakeholders
• Project Management expertise Ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines
• Proficient in English and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
