PRIMARY ACTIVITIES

Strategic Brand and Portfolio Management

• Develop and Execute PCV Brand Strategy Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive brand strategy for the PCV portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and evolving market needs.
• Product Lifecycle Management Oversee the full lifecycle of PCV products, including planning for new product launches
• Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification Continuously assess market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  
  

Medical Marketing Leadership

• Scientific Communication Strategy Collaborate with medical affairs to ensure all marketing materials are scientifically accurate, evidence-based, and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Healthcare Professional (HCP) Engagement Design and implement medical marketing initiatives to educate and engage HCPs, supporting vaccine advocacy and uptake.
• Advisory Boards & KOL Engagement Organize and lead advisory boards, roundtables, and KOL partnerships to gather insights and strengthen scientific credibility.
  
  

New Product Launch Excellence

• Launch Planning & Execution Lead cross-functional launch readiness for new PCV products, including positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
• Stakeholder Alignment Ensure alignment across commercial, medical, regulatory, and supply chain teams to deliver successful product introductions.
  
  

People Management and Development

• Team Leadership Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Capability Building Identify skill gaps and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities in strategic marketing, medical engagement, and digital execution.
• Performance Management Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and support career development for direct reports.
  
  

Budget and Performance Management

• Budget Oversight Develop and manage the marketing budget for the PCV portfolio, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI optimization.
• Performance Tracking Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize impact.
  
  

Education, Experience & Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare education; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical or vaccine marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in medical marketing and product lifecycle management.
• Proven track record in launching new products and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and people leadership skills.
