This 12-month Career Management Trainee (CMT) Program is thoughtfully designed to develop operational excellence, leadership capabilities, and cross-functional exposure. It aims to build a strong foundation for participants to progress toward becoming a Leadership Committee member within 5 to 8 years, based on performance, leadership potential, and mobility.

• Education:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business, or a related field

Recent graduate (within 12 months) or final-year student

•  Experience:

Minimum 6–12 months of internship or part-time work in hotels or customer service roles

• Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Leadership potential and adaptability

• Language:

Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Other languages are a plus

• Work Conditions:

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Open to relocation within the Hyatt network

• Education: bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality/related field
• Language Skills: a good working knowledge of English and proficiency in local language is an advantage
• Experience: relevant internship & work experience in hotel or hospitality operations is an advantage
