The Business Restructuring Services team helps clients to reassess and implement a coherent strategy, structure and set of processes and develop the human resources to support such changes. This is about getting the business under control and back on the right track to achieve sustainable growth and success. Due to the business expansion, we are now looking for a qualified candidate to join our Business Restructuring Services team as an Associate in our Hanoi office. Key responsibilities: - Perform structural and operational diagnostics for clients through continuous interaction with the clients' responsible staff - Design corporate and organisational structures, policies and procedures for areas such as accounting, finance, human resources and internal audit for clients based on relevant diagnostic assessments - Engage in the capital restructuring process (e.g., the construction of cash-flow projections, loan repayment schedules and capital raising plans) - Coordinate with other engagement teams to provide deliverables to clients - Monitor project progress - Perform other duties as assignedRequirements: - Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration.
