Lead, rejuvenate, and oversee departmental operations across guestrooms and public areas, ensuring consistent adherence to LQA standards through regular on-site presence.

Drive exceptional guest experiences by leading a highly engaged team, proactively handling guest feedback, and ensuring effective service recovery when required.

Ensure full compliance with legal, statutory, financial, safety, and security requirements, maintaining all documentation, reporting systems, and operational protocols.

Review and optimize room amenities, services, products, and pricing to remain relevant, innovative, and aligned with brand standards.

Manage departmental budgets responsibly, closely monitoring costs to drive profitability while preserving required service and quality standards.

Maintain clear cross-departmental communication and participate in required meetings and briefings, supporting smooth operations and executing additional duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Qualified for the Executive Housekeeper role with proven experience in luxury hotel operations and strong performance results.

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Business Management, at least five years’ experience in similar operational roles.

Possess advanced technical skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and hands-on experience with OPERA and other hotel systems.

Demonstrate strong operational knowledge of hotel/resort procedures, including room allocation policies, with excellent command of written and spoken English and understanding of local culture.

Maintain a thorough understanding of Six Senses brand standards, guidelines, rules and regulations, facilities, and services.
