• Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
• Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the BU.
• Planning and making reports of yearly/quarterly recruitment plans.
• Setting up employment assessment tools.
• Coordinating with Hiring managers to identify job requirements, determine selection criterias and organize candidates assessment process.
• Posting jobs on media channels/website.
• Investigating candidates through screening applicants’ CVs, profiles, and private social networks. Shortlisting qualified candidates through call interviews.
• Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs, participate in employment events, such as career fairs.
• Organize and update the talent pool on e-hiring software.
• Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.
• Design candidate experience surveys and analyze feedback
• Perform background and reference checks
• Prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)
• Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling trainings)
• Ensure smooth office operations by managing supplies, office cleanliness, welcome guests and facilities upkeep.
• Organize team-building activities, employee events, and recruitment drives to enhance engagement and retention.
• Other tasks assigned by Human Resources Director.

1. Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting.

2. Skills:

• Solid understanding of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and employer branding.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, Boolean Search).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong decision-making and negotiation abilities.
