- Implement necessary processes for adequate and consistent quality of execution and meeting HSE requirements (in line with business processes and group targets)
- Support to publish technical paper regularly (e.g. safeguard, position paper) in functional lab service aspects
- Provide support to client’s activities (e.g. meeting/lab tour/ training/seminar) and provide professional advice and technical support on functional & comfort lab test service
- Control all direct costs and improve continuously productivity achieving documented Key Performance Indicators and Productivity targets
- Optimize the operational network and the organization as required Participate & co work with international organization & VIP client(s) for latest test service research & development in functional test aspect Formulate staff training and people development plan in accordance with business strategy, company direction and employee’s individual needs
- Do planning, follow-up & timely report on assigned project(s) to SBU/BU manager.
- Well communicate & cooperate with related team(s)/ project member regard on project planning/ implementation process/ project status.
- Other tasks as maybe assigned
