Role Description
This is a full-time role for a KAM TikTok at KakaOnline.vn in District 7. Key Account Manager is responsible for empowering and guiding sellers to achieve their business objectives on the TikTok platform. They will serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance, performance insights, and operational support to help sellers maximize their sales and grow their presence on TikTok.
Essential Functions:
- Seller Onboarding and Enablement:
- Guide new sellers through the TikTok onboarding process, ensuring they understand platform policies, tools, and best practices.
- Provide training and resources to help sellers optimize their product listings, content creation, and advertising strategies.
- Performance Management:
- Monitor seller performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with sellers, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with sellers to develop and implement strategies to increase sales, engagement, and follower growth.
- Operational Support:
- Troubleshoot seller issues and provide timely solutions.
- Assist sellers with navigating TikTok's platform features and tools.
- Escalate complex issues to internal teams as needed.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned sellers.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for sellers within TikTok.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date on TikTok's seller tools, policies, and best practices.
- Understand the competitive landscape and emerging trends in e-commerce.
- Share product feedback and insights with internal teams.

- Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

- Strong understanding of e-commerce and social media platforms
- Preferred Education and Experience:
- Experience working with sellers or small businesses
- Knowledge of the TikTok platform and its seller tools
- Familiarity with the Vietnamese market and culture
- Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English
