We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented data labeling employees to join our dynamic Data Science team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and consistency of our labeled datasets, which are essential for building high-quality machine learning models. This position is ideal for meticulous individuals who are passionate about data and quality control and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end data labeling process for various machine learning projects, ensuring high-quality and accurate annotations of datasets.
• Review, audit, and validate labeled data to ensure compliance with predefined labeling standards and guidelines.
• Work closely with data scientists and research engineers to understand the specific data needs and annotate data for machine learning and model training.
• Conduct thorough quality checks, identifying and addressing inconsistencies or errors in labeled data.
• Review and improve data quality assurance workflows, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Provide feedback to data scientists and help improve annotation guidelines based on model performance and project requirements.
• Support the development and maintenance of internal documentation and processes for data labeling and QA.
• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
• Monitor and report on data labeling progress, ensuring timelines are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Continuously seek opportunities to optimize data collection, annotation, and quality assurance processes.
  
  
  

Requirements

• You will be expected to work 20 hours a week, with flexible scheduling options available.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to ensuring data accuracy and quality.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and how labeled data feeds into model training.
• Ability to work carefully, independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills (in Vietnamese) to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide feedback.
• Experience with data annotation tools and platforms is a plus
• Experience with quality control processes and workflow optimization is a plus
• Familiarity with Python or other programming languages used in data processing is a plus.
• Knowledge of data privacy and ethical considerations in data labeling is a plus.
