What You Will Do

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Service Desk Technician (a part of InfoSec department) to support our IT infrastructure and end-users. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations, troubleshooting technical issues, managing IT assets, and collaborating with security teams to maintain a secure and efficient IT environment.

In This Role, You'll Be Responsible For

• Provide day-to-day IT support to ensure the smooth operation of computers, network devices, printers, and end-user requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues, while maintaining and updating technical support documentation.
• Manage IT assets, including inventory tracking, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Work closely with the Admin team and IT vendors to handle asset requests, procurements, repairs, and deployments through the ticketing system.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring system performance, uptime, and generating reports for proactive management.
• Collaborate with the InfoSec team to implement and provide first-level support for security solutions such as web filtering, antivirus, MDM, and endpoint security tools.
  
  

What You Will Need To Have

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic experience with computer hardware, software, and macOS.
• Understanding of IT administration best practices and system security principles.
• Knowledge of MDM solutions is a plus.
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction at all levels.
• High-potential fresh graduates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply.
