Main Task: Marketing Coordinator is a position to help us build our brand and raise brand awareness. He/She works across all levels and departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to clients, suppliers, and other related vendors.

Branding Activities:

- Evolve, execute, and maintain our new branding across the company, ensuring logos are used effectively, slogans and company property is branded correctly and the overall look and feel of the company is upheld

- Understand our brands, clients and their needs

- Work directly with Client team to implement key marketing tools such as the Innovation Box, Booklets, Posters, Newsletter

- Maintain and update social media and our website with new products /stories and other relevant information.

- Research, strategize marketing materials to maintain and update website, social media and other relevant platforms

- Create content and / or briefs for Graphic Designer

- Conducting customer and market research to define target markets, opportunities to understand product and services.

- Responsible for selecting and managing the agencies, for marketing support.

- Understand UA’s company, our values, our mission, our goals and align them with the industry & understand our brands, clients and their needs to research & present innovation box ideas to client team

Assist Client team:

- Work with the Client Team to develop and design key send outs and sales kits, including newsletters / quarterly sustainability reports / yearly sales kits

Assist CI & HR teams

- Creating well branded training programs and marketing campaigns for internal projects (e.g., cleaning or following the rules – creating content, and ideas on how to sell it to our internal teams);

- Managing internal communication through templates, forms, presentations, and other related documents.
