Role Overview:

- The screen-printing process when printing in-house is over capacity, ensuring that outsourced printing services meet the company's quality standards and delivery timelines.

- The outsourced cut, make, and pack processes in garment production.

- They act as a liaison between the garment factory and the printing/ CMP service providers. This role ensures that external Printing/ CMP vendors adhere to quality standards, production schedules, and cost efficiency.

Main Task:

• Collect all information about suppliers relating to Screen Printing, CMP , including costings.
• Pick the best among 3 suppliers and negotiate the best package re price, lead time and quality with them.
• Constantly source new supplier to be sure we work with the best one.
• Create and update supplier’s database properly.
• Try to create a matrix price for the external orders: Screen Print and CMP.
• Implement Supplier assessment twice per year.
• Collaborate with Commercial Dept., other relevant Depts and Suppliers to develop samples and execute all external orders (Screen Print, CMP).
• Come back to Commercial Dept. within 48 hours you receive the artwork to know if suppliers are capable of doing it and lead time to make it.
• Work with the Outsource designer, Technical Department to make artworks or patterns when developing new sample for customer.
• Get estimated pricing from Suppliers within maximum +/-10% tolerance allowed and provide to Commercial team in time.
• Wash test all the samples receiving from suppliers to be sure the durability of the print and embroidery, heat transfer….
• Ensure supplier can reproduce the sample for bulk same quality as previously approved samples and if any risk needs to share with Commercial Dept. from the beginning.
• Receive internal POs from Commercial Dept.
• Negotiate the best on prices and lead time.
• Make the plan with factory and suppliers to be sure we can get the bulk on time.
• Need to proceed the first output approval and wash testing.
• Tracking external production plans, follow the process, and solve the problems with suppliers (Screen printing, CMP)
• Report daily/ monthly on the system everything we sent and received back with correct information and outline what’s next.
• Contact supplier to fix the defect
• Payment documents to manage in time
• Attending Meetings

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• University degree or above
• Experience: 2-4 years of similar level in the garment field
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with embroidery, printing, and other production processes
• Time management skills: Work smart, efficiently, and with focus
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions
• Quality Assurance: Knowledge of quality control standards and techniques, with the ability to implement and monitor quality processes
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to evaluate production data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize processes
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve production issues quickly and effectively
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with vendors, internal teams, and management
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in production orders, quality inspections, and documentation
