Developing domain expertise in an assigned group of 2 - 3 related industry sectors
Managing a team of 2 - 4 investment analysts covering the industry sectors
Coaching and training the assigned analysts to develop their skills
Implementing periodic industry and stock analysis reports (reports, models, coverage)
Manager Level: To be well regarded in the market as an expert in the assigned sectors with frequent presentations to financial institutions and retail customers
Assistant Manager Level: Presenting investment ideas and answering questions to retail customers and domestic/foreign financial institutions
Acting as a bridge between VNDIRECT and customers as well as the investment community.
Ensuring that team members adhere to production schedules
Ensuring quality of work from team members1. Education
Bachelor's degree and above
2. Professional certificates
CFA preferable
3. Experience
Assistant Manager: more than 6 years research experience;
Manager: more than 10 years research experience
4. Work skills
English (fluent)
Identify investment patterns and trends
Fundamental analysis
Business model building and due diligence

Annual income adjustment is reviewed and evaluated.
During 02 months of probation, enjoy 85% of income, with 15% back pay after signing the official contract (equivalent to 100% during the probationary period).
