Position: Data Control Assistant Manager - Trợ lý Giám Đốc (Nhóm Kiểm soát Dữ liệu) - Logistics

Job Code: 112879

- Working location: Duc Hoa District, Long An Province

- Monthly Salary: 20,000,000～23,000,000VND

Responsibility

1. Set up and manage shipping operations and procedures at the distribution center and ensure staff compliance.

2. Set up and manage KPIs for each warehouse department to ensure efficient operations. Improve and monitor procedures and processes for leveling up.

3. Receive and deploy cycle count/stock check requests or set up annual cycle count/stock check and reconcile with system data (WMS) to maintain inventory accuracy.

4. Inspect all warehouse equipment and order repairs and replacements periodically and as needed.

5. Participate in setting annual budgets and expenses, analyze variances and make necessary corrections to help the organization achieve its financial goals.

6. Detail requirements for recruiting, hiring and training new employees. Provide guidance and mentoring for staff leveling up.

7. Maintain warehouse status during both annual and peak business days, including employee schedule management.

8. Report and resolve issues that arise in daily operations.

1. Leverage warehouse management experience to lead and manage a successful team efficiently and cost-effectively.

2. Utilize expertise in warehouse operations to streamline processes, reduce costs, and maximize efficiency.

3. Use inventory control systems to ensure the accuracy of stock levels, minimize losses, and optimize inventory.

4. Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies for increasing productivity.

5. Create a safe working environment by implementing safety protocols and managing hazardous materials.

6. Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.

7. Develop effective policies, procedures, and workflow processes for warehouse operations.

8. Monitor staff performance, provide coaching/feedback and motivate employees to achieve desired goals.

9. Ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining quality standards.

10. Manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

11. Apply extensive knowledge of warehousing methods and principles to maintain optimal inventory levels at all times.

Requirements

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: At least graduated from High School
・Language: English - Business Level 
・Experience: 
- Have at least 3 years of experience in the Warehouse/ Fulfillment Center/ Distribution Center including at least 1 year in management role.
- Experienced with inventory control and management 
- Knowledge and experience in setting up procedures/ processes, equipment maintenance, and warehouse best practices. 

・Knowledge: 
-  Knowledge of warehouse operations, warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Understanding processes, standards, and practices in the transportation market, 
using the Transportation management systems (TMS)

・Personality Requirement
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team 
・Skills: 
- Good at data processing, Excellent in Excel
- Careful, hard-working & willing to learn
- Teamwork and task assignment skill

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in retail or FMCG is preferred
