We are seeking a proactive Financial Specialist, who will be reporting directly to the CFO. Together with the Finance team, you will have a key role in the record- to- report flow, the monthly and quarterly closing, involved in accounting topics and overseeing the statutory year- end audit.
** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1- Financial Management & Reporting:

Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese and international accounting standards (IFRS, VAS, etc.)
Oversee cash flow management, financial planning, and risk management to optimize business performance
Develop, monitor, and update budgets and financial forecasts, providing variance analysis and financial insights to senior management

2- Internal Controls & Compliance:

Implement and maintain internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese tax laws, accounting regulations, and international financial standards

3- Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate with senior management, department heads, and external advisors to align financial strategy with business goals
Liaise with international finance teams to harmonize financial processes across different regions
Provide financial guidance to operational teams to optimize cost efficiency and revenue growth

** QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
1- Must- Have:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese tax regulations, payroll management, and financial reporting standards
Fluent in English and Vietnamese both written and spoken
3- 5 years of relevant experience in financial management, accounting, and reporting
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
At least 2 years of experience in international businesses
Proficiency in financial software (Xero, or similar) and advanced Excel skills

2- Preferred:

Experience with M&A processing is an advantage
Experience in the tech industry (startups, SaaS, fintech, or e- commerce companies preferred)
