• Supervise the performance of receptionist duties
• Guide and assist reception staff in performing check-in and check-out procedures
• Supervise the lobby area daily, ensuring employees in the department work according to required standards
• Check VIP and long-term guest profiles to develop and implement special requests to ensure customer satisfaction
• Directly check room preparation for VIP guests, ensuring all requirements are met in the best way
• Organize training courses to improve professional skills for employees in the department
• Directly provide professional training for new employees according to the Resort's standards
• Receive information about special requests and customer feedback and coordinate with relevant departments to respond and resolve appropriately to customers
• Proactively resolve incidents that occur in the hotel in accordance with the Resort's service standards
• Encourage customers to fill out a comment form about the hotel's service quality, copy down useful feedback and report to relevant departments to improve service quality
• Handle emergency cases in the Resort
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors
• Assist the GSA team to collect guest feedback during guest's stay and solicit reviews from guests on social media

• Graduated from college or higher
• Having degree and certificates related to the profession
• Have at least 4 years of experience in the hotel and restaurant industry and at least 1 year or more in a similar position
