The Resident Relations Manager (ORM) is a key point of contact for owners and is expected to build and nurture positive relationships with all owners in the estate, handling their individual requests as well as acting as the liaison between owners and several stakeholders, including the on-site management company and real estate/development teams. Ideally you will also possess sound knowledge and operational experience in the application of relevant property legislation and be someone who enjoys the variety of working with many parties to get the best results.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office

· Hands-on experience with Hotel Management software (PMS)

· Minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Applicants with previous hotel management experience, building management experience or those who have an exposure to handling customers in any hospitality management field will get preference.
