• This position is responsible for the overall management of the Golf operations department. The Golf Manager is responsible for the efficient and profitable handling of golf operation & Front Desk operations (including golf shop) in a managerial capacity.
• The Golf Manager is responsible for overseeing golf operations to a five star service standard, works with the Club Manager/ General Manager to develop the policies and objectives of the golf shop's programs and implements, administers and maintains those programs.
• Duties may also involve the coordination of membership and marketing, tournaments and special events.
• The Golf Manager ensures that the policies and objectives of the company are implemented, administered and maintained and ensures that high standards of quality are maintained and profitability is consistently achieved.
• Ensures that all Golf Operational staff is trained to five star, international standards with regular performance appraisals.
• Selects, trains, appraises and supervises golf operations staff to ensure a high five star international level of service.
• Participates in the development of the golf operations business plan, operation plan, and annual golf operations budget.
• Ensures efficient and profitable golf operations and holds regular meetings to ensure effective staff communications.
• Works with the Club Manager/ General Manager to set merchandise and golf pricing, assuring competitiveness and profitability and conduct market research to ensures that all staff members comply with company policies and procedures.
• Makes recommendations to the Club Manager/ General Manager regarding needed operational and key staffing changes.
• Manages the operation of the Front Desk.
• Performs other relevant duties as directed by the General Manager

• Bachelor Degree
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as Assistant Golf Operation Manager
• Computer and literacy and advanced English (4 skills)
• Time Management Skill, Solving Management skill
• Good communication, good presentation
• Careful, accuracy, active, friendly, honest, sensitive
