Job Purpose

The job holder acts as an expert and analyzes, designs and implements data solutions using Techcombank’s enterprise suite of BI tools.
The job holder uses analysis, business understanding methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze, visualize data to generate insights to inform and trigger business problems in the business decision process - improve of customer value and operation efficiency.
The job holder helps the business to better understand the implications of what information means, identifies what has happened, why it happened, especially for performance management.
The job holder needs to maintain the know-how and assure the capability development of team members and related team.

Key Accountabilities (1)
Strategic Planning

Organize and work with stakeholders to develop and execute the strategic plan for BI activities

Analysis và Reporting

Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using script languages
Perform analysis of datasets to develop metrics, reports and visualizations mostly for performance management.
Use data visualization programs, tools and techniques to generate dashboards, reports and presentations that aid in data storytelling, understanding and interpretation of trends and patterns of business importance to provide meanings to data produce.
Create and maintain statistical models for ongoing and ad hoc review and analysis of data.
Understand data requirements from within and outside of the Data và Analytics Division and analyze needs of the business while assisting senior Data và Analytics Division members to develop the required technical requirements.
Communicate and align with stakeholders on purpose and impact of analytical solutions on business.

Key Accountabilities (2)
Data Insighting

Lead the identification and interpretation of meaningful and actionable insights from various data sources.
Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
Interact with squads within assigned Data và Analytics Division to identify questions and issues for data analysis.
Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.

Projects Management

Manage project conflicts, challenges and dynamic business requirements to keep operations running at high performance.
Work with team leads to resolve people problems and project roadblocks, conduct post mortem and root cause analyses to improve practices for maximum productivity.

Mentor and coach team to become competent BI Specialist.
Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team and support with personal development plan.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Qualifications

Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Statistics, Mathematics or Quantitative Analysis

Work Experience

5+ years of relevant experience in areas of data analysis, reporting và planning, problem solving for business
English proficiency requirements are pursuant to Techcombank's policy
Experience in querying databases and using programming languages (e.g. R, Python, Scala, SQL)
Experience in building reporting with actionable intelligent
Experience communicating complex analysis and models across a diverse team
Experience in data management, ETL and analysis functions
Experience with data analysis and BI tools such as Tableau, QlikView, Spark would be a plus
Deep understanding of Information Security principles to ensure compliant handling and management of data
Experience in leading activities, projects, teams
Experience in Agile Software Development and has a strong understanding of Agile principles, practices and scrum methodology
Experience working in (Agile) teams to lead successful digital transformation projects, involved in the end-to-end planning to implementation

Bệnh viện Quốc Tế Mỹ (AIH) tự hào là một trong những bệnh viện quốc tế đầu tiên tại Việt Nam áp dụng cả tiêu chuẩn JCI và các tiêu chuẩn Mỹ trong thiết kế và xây dựng, khám và điều trị, quản lý và vận hành, mang đến cho bệnh nhân dịch vụ chăm sóc sức khỏe toàn diện theo tiêu chuẩn Mỹ ngay tại Việt Nam. Với mục tiêu đó, AIH luôn chú trọng đầu tư các trang thiết bị y tế tiên tiến, hiện đại, ứng dụng các kỹ thuật chẩn đoán và điều trị y khoa mới nhất từ Mỹ và phát triển đội ngũ bác sĩ và nhân viên có trình độ chuyên môn cao, chuyên nghiệp, tận tình, thân thiện. Bệnh viện AIH đang sở hữu hệ thống cơ sở vật chất hiện đại với 1 tầng hầm, 10 tầng cao, công suất hoạt động 120 giường nội trú, 5 phòng mổ và các phòng chức năng. Các phòng và dịch vụ tại AIH đều tuân theo các tiêu chuẩn Mỹ nhằm đảm bảo sự an toàn và tiện lợi nhất cho bệnh nhân và người nhà. AIH cung cấp dịch vụ y tế đa chuyên khoa, trong đó có 5 chuyên khoa mũi nhọn gồm: Sản Phụ khoa, Nhi khoa, Khoa Ngoại tổng quát, Khoa Thận - Niệu - Nam khoa, và Khoa Tiêu hóa - Gan mật. Đội ngũ bác sĩ và quản lý của Bệnh viện là những người có nhiều năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong môi trường quốc tế, được đào tạo ở Bắc Mỹ và châu Âu. Ngoài ra, AIH tự tin mang đến cho các bệnh nhân một đội ngũ nhân viên chăm sóc khách hàng tận tụy và chuyên nghiệp.
