The Document Controller is responsible for controlling the numbering, filing, sorting and retrieval of electronically stored or Quality Management System, social, hard copy documentation be approved by departments in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. The purpose is to enforce controlled processes and practices for the creation, review, modification, issuance, distribution and accessibility of documents
1. Percent of total job: 80%
Allocates and controls the document numbering.
Works with precision to ensure that all documents which accurately updates information as required
Manages documents (internal & external)
Checks compliance and quality of documents
Maintains a list (register & files documents)
Distributes documents to relevant people
Reports on the progress of documents update.
Provide Documents/ record training
Expected End Result:
- Released documents on time
- Ensure documents be controlled and effective
2. Percent of total job: 20%
- Other task from higher level
- Complete assign task effectivelyIntermediate level or above and majored in Industrial Engineering, Science or other related
At least 2 years in Document Control or same position
Qualify ISO 9001:2015 Internal auditor is preferred
Basic computer skill (advanced skill will be advantage)
Good English, written and spoken, strong communication skills.
Good team player with positive approach
