As a Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities and growing revenue within the aftermarket business. You will be responsible for visiting and working closely with our existing distributors, providing them with the necessary support to expand their sales. Additionally, you will manage customer accounts, prepare reports on market trends, and contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting processes. Your ability to build relationships with new customers while maintaining constant contact will be key to your success in this role.
- Work closely with existing distributors to help them expand their sales in the aftermarket segment.
- Provide technical and commercial support to operators and end users across the territory
- Manage customer accounts and changes to support for quotation requests and goods delivery
- Contribute to the development of annual budget and sales forecasts
- Prepare reports on market trends, consumer habits, and competitive activities
- Support Aftermarket Department Manager in event planning
- Build relationships with new customers and maintain constant contact
The ideal candidate for this Sales Manager role will bring a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities and growing revenue within an aftermarket business. You should have a keen attention to detail, superior work accuracy, and excellent relationship-building skills. A university degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with 3-5 years of experience in sales or a related field. Experience in document preparation and management is also essential.
