Based on the basic philosophy "The customer first", we are continuing our efforts to create malls that enhance the quality of life, stimulate local economic activity, and contribute to community life and culture.Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 DX Executive.+ Work location: HCM Head Office - 15F LIM 3 Tower, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu Str., Da Kao Ward, D1, HCMC+ Working time: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday+ Report to: DX ManagerJob summary:(Ecommerce) Follow plans, coordinate with malls and related departments to manage and monitor the performance of AEONMALL's Ecommerce platform. Deliver promotional marketing messages to online consumers with the intent of building awareness, generating traffic, improving conversion rate and push online sales, promoting cashless payment/ (Data Analysis) Organize, manage, and use databases for diagnosis, prediction, and making reports. Create report platform and management process for the team and cooperate with related departments to make improvements for the data system.Detailed job description:Ecommerce- Plan and monitor digital marketing communication, promotion to promote AEONMALL's Ecommerce platform (awareness, pull traffic, increase conversion rate, push online sales...).- Set up plans to brief to pitching advertisement agencies and follow to control them during the execution to manage KPI performance based on the approved budget.- Make analysis of customers, market trend, competitors... and cooperate with related departments to improve platform performance; make periodical reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly...).- Analyze and cooperate with malls to make plans to improve AEONMALL's platforms (Staff Recommend, Livestream) to improve views and sales.- Manage admin account of CMS (manage all Malls' IDs, accounts, tenants, product categories... by company level on Ecommerce platform).- Train malls' staff the best Ecommerce practices through training sessions and materials.- Manage and generate visuals & content for Ecommerce platform.- Respond to customers' comments by company level on Ecommerce platform.- Take charge of registering with DOIT and reporting accordingly for Ecommerce promotions on company level; follow internal documentation tasks.- Other duties as assigned.Data Analysis- DX data management, develop and maintain databases, data system - reorganize data in readable format (mobile app, reward, Ecommerce, other DX channels...).- Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, make reports and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction.- Analyze local, national and global trends that impact both organization and the industry; prepare reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.- Create report platform, format for teams; build report management process; work with related department (NBS, IT), and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.- Prepare and execute training for others related department related to data analysis and report matters.- Manage CDP platform (manage all Mall IDs, accounts on the system, report tracking, study about the system and propose improvement...).- Other duties as assigned.- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Ecommerce/ Business Administration/ Marketing/ Data Analysis and Management/ Information Management or related majors.- Have 3-5 years of work experience with Ecommerce (Ecommerce platforms or Ecommerce teams of brands) or Data Analysis background.- Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.- Have data analytics skill and ability to use design software (Basic PTS, Canva).- Have understanding of the disciplines required to drive traffic to retail websites (PPC, email marketing, link generation, online PR, SEO, offline marketing and PR, affiliate programs, etc.) (for Ecommerce).- Have understanding of order management/customer behavior in an Ecommerce context (for Ecommerce).- Proficient at Excel, also can use Power BI (or a similar tool) for data management and analysis (for Data Analysis).- Good at communication, teamwork skill, and adaptable to change, high workload, and technology updates.- Have logical mindset, be careful and detail-oriented.BENEFITS+ 2 days-off per week.+ 14 annual leave days per year.+ Birthday leave with present.+ 5 sick leave days per year with full pay.+ Additional health insurance 24/7.+ Training and development opportunities.+ Annual team building and company trip.+ Annual health check.+ Bonus and salary review once per year (depend on Company business and staff work performance).+ Have a chance to work in No. 1 Shopping Mall developer in Vietnam.+ Professional and dynamic work environment.
