About The Team
The Digital Product team in Vietnam focuses on digital products in both ShopeePay and Shopee. Our scope consists of products in various sizes and complexity levels, including new products, campaign related features, system performance, etc.
Being a team member, you'll have chances to skill up by doing various kinds of tasks, working with internal and external stakeholders. Main external partners are insurance companies, airlines, hotels, bill services, etc..
Job Description

The Digital Product team in Vietnam focuses on digital products in both ShopeePay and Shopee. Our scope consists of products in various sizes and complexity levels, including new products, campaign related features, system performance, etc.
Being a team member, you'll have chances to skill up by doing various kinds of tasks, working with internal and external stakeholders. Main external partners are insurance companies, airlines, hotels, bill services, etc..
Job Description
- Work closely with business department to gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas to grow market share
- Coordinate with Regional Product & Engineering team to initiate, discuss, review and release new features
- Act as a specialist for the product, conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, define Standard Operating Procedure, etc.
- Work with external partners to integrate new services for digital products
- Work closely and provide training to internal teams for new features
Must have:
- At least 1 year experience as Product Manager or Product Owner or IT Business Analyst
- Proven ability to develop product and effectively communicate recommendations to management
- Able to effectively communicate complex business or technical information in English
- Good collaboration skill to work with cross functional teams
- Knowledge and experiences in insurance products and marketing features
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field is a plus
- Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development
- Have problem-solving mindset, critical thinking and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
