*Scope of responsibilities:

• Scrutinize and assess of the quality of existing operational management documents for Finance, Human Resources, Sales, Academic Operations, IT, Marketing, and other departments, including but not limited to regulations, procedures, standards, and guidelines across the entire system;
• Consolidate with departments and branches to plan operational management documents that will be used uniformly across the system and those that will be used specifically at the branch level;
• Develop, improve, and maintain a quality management system to ensure the quality of departmental operational processes;
• Implement training for relevant personnel to ensure that the operational management system is executed according to quality standards;
• Manage regulations and procedures during operations;
• Conduct periodic quality scrutiny, identify potential issues, and propose solutions;
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and suggest necessary improvements;
• Prepare periodic process quality reports and present the results of quality scrutiny and assessments to the Leadership;
• Monitor and ensure the implementation of corrective and preventive actions;
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

*Requirements:

- General Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Quality Management, Education, Business Administration or related fields;
• Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in quality control and assurance, preferably in the education sector or related industries;
• Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
• Language Skills: Good English proficiency in all four skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing.
