ABOUT THE JOB
This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget and scope, and meet quality expectations. It involves managing all aspects of project execution, including planning, timelines, budgets, risks, stakeholders, and communication.
Oversee change management and training plans for successful implementation.
Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs while ensuring compliance with policies.
Define project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility with stakeholders.
Ensure resources are allocated to meet project goals and deliverables.
Develop and track detailed project plans, milestones, and performance metrics.
Identify, monitor, and address risks, issues, and assumptions.
Deliver projects that satisfy stakeholder expectations and meet defined outcomes.
Maintain accurate project documentation and governance reports.

ABOUT YOU
Knowledge of the banking, financial or insurance domain is an added advantage.
Experience implementing quality assurance and risk management processes to ensure smooth project execution.
Strong Leadership Capability Model and good command of English.
Excellent communication skills to deliver clear and accurate project progress and outcome reports to steering groups.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices to provide effective business advice.
From 3- 5 years of experience in Project Management.
Proactive problem- solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
