WHAT YOU WILL DO
The BD, Project Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities to drive the growth and expansion of Pizza 4P's. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, relationship building, and executing business development initiatives, operation excellence strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Identify potential markets, segments, and opportunities for growth.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
2. New Business Acquisition: Relationship Management:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, franchise opportunities, and new location openings.
Negotiate and close deals with potential buspartners, franchisees, and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective business leads.
3. Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisees, partners, vendors, and community leaders.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
4. Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies for new business opportunities.
Prepare and present business development reports, proposals, and presentations to senior management.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of new business initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
HOW YOU WILL DO IT
1. Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Identify and evaluate potential new markets and locations for expansion.
2. Market analysis and expansion:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, market demands, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze data and generate reports to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Identify and secure new locations for store expansion.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments.
- Negotiate lease agreements and manage relationships with landlords and property managers.
3. Partnership and Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and franchisees.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure cohesive partnership strategies
4. Financial Management:
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support expansion plans and evaluate the viability of potential locations.
- Monitor and manage budgets related to business development activities.
5. Brand Development:
- Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all new locations and business initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies for new store launches.
6. Project Management:
- Oversee the opening of new locations, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure successful store launches.
7.Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze the performance of new locations and business initiatives.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities and outcomes.
8. Operational Excellence:
- Implement best practices and standards to maintain high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
9. Team Leadership:- Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to ensure team success.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Educational Qualifications/ Relevant Technical Skill
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of market analysis, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proficient in financial analysis and budget management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel overseas as needed.
