Conduct suitable research with stakeholders: clients, partners and internal departments to propose initiatives and solutions to optimize Go-to-Market operation.
Regularly coordinate with Sales and related departments to identify GTM problems, collect these problems via data analysis and observation.
Implement and describe solutions via documents or User Story, flowcharts, Figma, or equivalent tools for the development team and stakeholders.
Inspect, monitor, and trouble-shoot the solution throughout the deployment process and operations to continuously improve and optimize efficiency.
Research competitor & new SaaS products according to the company product roadmap: analyze, compare and make improvement recommendations for the R&D team.

III/ REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 year of experience in relevant positions.
Result-oriented and strong data-mindset. Strong commitment, critical thinking approach and ownership towards goals or targets assigned
Good observer & effective communicator
Fast learner (Technology): ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Experience in eCommerce or software outsourcing services or SaaS is a plus;
Proficient English: 6.0 IELTS or equivalent (higher is a plus)

Income: Base Salary: 10.000.000 - 15.000.000 VND/month + Monthly KPI + Allowance;
Work with global clients and brands with global standards;
Review work performance and salary 2 times/year.
Bonus for Tet holidays, 13th-month salary, good performance and 12 days off / year.
