• Take a central role in orchestrating, planning, crafting, coordinating, and executing sales and marketing strategies for chemical products in Vietnam.• Develop, nurture, and maintain positive relationships with key clients.• Proactively identify, cultivate, and nurture new clients or market segments to seize opportunities for expanding sales in the region.• Collaborate with other departments and utilize existing planning, monitoring, and forecasting systems to achieve sales targets as per budget.• Oversee all sales operations to ensure adherence to agreed-upon sales plans and procedures.• Lead the Chemical Business team in conducting marketing research, market segmentation, profit benchmarking, and other initiatives to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the company's marketing capabilities and product profitability.• Ensure trade volume in the designated area.

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or economics.• Possess a minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience in chemical sales within the region, with at least 5 years specifically in the petrochemical, oil, or chemical sector, notably in the Oxo industry.• Demonstrate proficiency in understanding the Chemicals value chain and supply chain dynamics.• Exhibit capability to thrive under pressure and adeptly resolve challenges in dynamic market scenarios.• Possess strong negotiation and communication competencies.• Maintain proficiency in professional English.• Demonstrate leadership acumen and the ability to foster team development.• Possess knowledge of international trade terms.• Have experience in managing bulk cargo charter contracts.
