Description:

• Provide strategic HR consulting: Advise the executive board on HR direction and strategy.
• Develop and implement comprehensive HR plans: Create short-term and long-term HR strategies.
• Manage HR planning and budget: Develop, implement, and monitor the HR plan and budget for the Hanoi head office and branches.
• Lead and manage the HR team: Set objectives, assign tasks, monitor, coach, and evaluate the performance of the HR department (recruitment, training, benefits, policies, etc.).
• Manage labor relations: Provide advice, resolve disputes, handle rewards and disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with other departments: Resolve any arising issues.
• Adhere to reporting and record-keeping requirements: Ensure compliance with all reporting and archiving requirements.
• Stay updated on HR knowledge and skills: Continuously develop professional expertise.
• Comply with company regulations: Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.

Language: Fluent in English (all four skills).

Technical skills:

• Strong organizational, management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to develop HR policies, strategies, and risk management plans.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in interviewing, recruiting, and performance evaluation.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in developing HR strategies and policies.
• Experience in managing the entire employee lifecycle (recruiting, onboarding, performance management, offboarding).
• Experience in presenting, negotiating, and handling labor relations.
• Experience in HR consulting.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law.
