We are looking for the candidate for Payroll Assistant, located in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Finance
- Be responsible for setting individual financial targets
- Follow up the progress of targets and adjust to working plans if needed
2. Customer Service
- Build and maintain relationships with people in charge of clients and provide quality service
- Deliver services Service Level Agreement with clients or in Project KPIs, regarding Punctuality, Process Compliance and Accuracy
3. Process HR Outsourcing
- Support processing payroll and benefit administration for Clients
- Support monthly payroll statements, and related quarterly and year-end reports exactly and in a timely manner under supervision
- Support to calculate, declare monthly & quarterly PIT. Support PIT finalization
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduated from University (preferably Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law). Special cases will be approved by the line manager
- At least 1 year of human resources experience, preferably in C&B
- Relevant certifications relating to other areas in HR management is nice to have
- Knowledge of Personal Income Tax, Labor Code & Insurance Law
