IT Infrastructure Expert is responsible for development and ongoing maintenance / support of Provide technical expertise and architectural solutions in infrastructure, hardware, hosting service and network areas; working in collaboration with IT internal teams to develop strategies and action plans for implementing upgrades and integrations, also outline evaluation benchmarks for future assessments. This position will report to IT Infrastructure Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with engineering team to define best practices and processes as appropriate to support the entire infrastructure lifecycle – Plan, Build, Deploy, and Operate such as automate lifecycle activities – self service, orchestration and provisioning, configuration management.
• Provides business architecture solutioning representation in support of IT architecture activities.
• Conducting thorough analysis of user requirements and preferences to recommend suitable technology solutions and improvements.
• Evaluating existing technology infrastructure, identifying gaps, and proposing innovative solutions to enhance end user experience.
• Conducting regular performance evaluations of end user technologies and systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Staying up to date with the latest trends and advancements in end user technologies, including hardware, software, and user interface design.
• Define technology roadmaps and infrastructure direction.
• Provide project leadership and ownership over all aspects of service delivery.
• Closely partner with development partners to assess feasibility, complexity and scope of new capabilities and solutions.
• Collaborates with internal infrastructure delivery teams to ensure consistent solution design and integration.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements in all end user experience initiatives.
• Prepares technical quality of infrastructure delivery enter/exit gates for design, integration testing, deployment and operations.
• Ensure that all capabilities delivered align with original business objectives, service levels, IT strategies and design intent.
• Drive continuous improvement including design, service strategy, and standardization of process and methodologies.
