Follows up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with Sota Tek’s service
Arranges appointments with clients and sales team
Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary

Requirements:
Knowledge in economics and/or equivalent experience
Being fluent in Chinese is a must, verbal English is nice to have
Communicate clearly and in a thorough manner. Have the ability to negotiate with customers.
