Job description:

• Consulting, developing content and designing communication materials to introduce products and services of business units and branches/transaction offices throughout the system and member companies.
• Develop detailed plans and deploy integrated Marketing communication campaigns on all internal and external channels:

+ Prepare media materials: edit articles, participate in creating creative ideas, design and produce media publications on all channels as planned

+ Deploy communication on all channels according to the approved plan.

+ Monitor, evaluate and report the results of implementing communication programs according to approved plans.

+ Make payments for contracts related to the implementation of the Marketing program according to the approved plan and budget.

• Manage and control content and images of media channels owned by MB (according to specific assignment).
• Implement brand development campaigns/projects, measure MB brand health.
• Participate/Organize events, sponsor MB's brand and product communications.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, banking, foreign trade, journalism, and communications
• TOEIC 750 or higher or equivalent certificate
• Proficient in using Word, Excel, Power point, priority is given to candidates who can use multimedia software.
• 3 years or more experience in marketing, communications, finance and banking, FMCG, advertising/communication agencies.
• Priority is given to candidates with good writing and press relations skills.
• Priority is given to candidates with experience organizing events.
• Priority is given to candidates with experience implementing nationwide brand and IMC campaigns and team management experience (for Senior Specialist Level)
