Mô tả Công việc
- Oversee the end-to-end logistics process, including transportation planning, warehousing, and distribution.
- Coordinate the shipping schedule from the company’s warehouse or factory to the port, in alignment with the company’s shipping plans.
- Manage and oversee the monthly trucking, barges, and river/sea vessels transportation plans.
- Monitor and supervise the execution of these plans to optimize costs for the company.
- Coordinate the loading schedule to ensure the timely departure of shipments while optimizing barge turnaround and minimizing lay-up costs.
- Prepare monthly reports related to shipment allocation, transportation costs, and other logistics activities.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the team leader
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Transportation, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of domestic transportation and waterway logistics is an advantage.
- Quick-thinking, adaptable, and capable of handling operational challenges effectively.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
