Position Overview

This specific position will work mainly under TECOTEC Technology. We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to create high-quality technical content that supports our products, customers, and internal teams. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and marketing professionals to translate complex information into clear, structured documentation such as user manuals, technical guides, datasheets, and knowledge base articles. 

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain user manuals, installation guides, operation procedures, and FAQs for hardware and software products
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure technical accuracy and completeness
• Translate technical documents into Vietnamese and/or English where applicable
• Work with the marketing team to develop technical brochures, product one-pagers, and case studies for clients
• Organize content in a logical and accessible structure for use in print and digital formats
• Maintain documentation libraries and version control across product updates
• Ensure consistent tone, formatting, and branding across all technical materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Communication, English, or related field
• At least 6 months or 1 year of experience as a technical writer, ideally in the technology, engineering, or software sector
• Strong command of written Vietnamese and English, with the ability to simplify complex information
• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and tools like Markdown, LaTeX, or DITA/XML is a plus
• Basic understanding of engineering concepts, measurement systems, or simulation tools preferred
• Attention to detail, structured thinking, and the ability to manage multiple documentation projects
