I. OVERVIEW:

• The Director will play a pivotal role in the strategy and expansion of UBTECH Vietnam’s EdTech business. UBTECH Vietnam combines robotics, AI, and digital learning solutions to empower the next generation of learners. The Director will lead the design, development, and scaling of innovative EdTech solutions in line with the company’s vision to become a leading provider of AI-driven education platforms in Vietnam and the region.
• This is a multi-faceted role encompassing strategic planning, program development, partnerships, product-market fit validation, and execution of large-scale education technology initiatives. The Director will work closely with the VP of Strategic Development to identify market opportunities, lead program origination, and drive adoption across schools, universities, and corporate training sectors.

II. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:

Team Leadership

• Build and lead a high-performing EdTech team (program managers, curriculum designers, trainers, and partnership managers).
• Foster collaboration with internal departments and global UBTECH resources.
• Lead the reporting and liaising to Headquarter and VP of Strategic Development.
• Coach and mentor team members for growth.

Strategy & Business Development

• Develop and oversee medium-to-long-term strategies for UBTECH Vietnam’s EdTech solutions.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to expand the company’s educational technology ecosystem, including digital learning platforms, robotics labs, AI curriculum integration, and teacher training programs.

Program Design & Implementation

• Co-lead the design, rollout, and scaling of flagship EdTech programs in collaboration with domestic and international education partners.
• Drive the development of curricula that integrate AI, robotics, and STEM learning into schools and institutions.
• Monitor implementation performance, ensuring solutions meet both pedagogical and technological standards.

Partnership Development

• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with government agencies (MOET, local Departments of Education), schools, universities, and international EdTech partners.
• Negotiate terms with counterparties for joint ventures, pilots, or co-branded programs.
• Build relationships with technology and content providers to enhance UBTECH’s EdTech ecosystem.

Financial & Operational Management

• Build and manage budgets for EdTech initiatives.
• Lead feasibility analysis for new program rollouts.
• Support fundraising, investment proposals, and resource allocation for expansion together with Advisor

III. KEY DELIVERABLES (First 6 months)

• Develop and present an EdTech Strategic Action Plan (1 week).
• Execute the Launch of pilot program to 50 public schools (e.g., AI & Robotics Lab in schools).
• Secure at least two strategic partnerships (government agencies, universities, or technology collaborators).
• Prepare tailored marketing materials for education stakeholders.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education, Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in education, EdTech, or technology-enabled business development; 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale education or technology programs.
• Strong understanding of Vietnam’s education system and global EdTech trends.
• Solid knowledge of financial planning, project management, and business operations.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and partnership negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation in both Vietnamese and English.
