POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for the maintenance of Boiler, ESP, AHS, FGD, WT and WWT mechanical systems including related BOPs and equipment Systems and devices, promoting safe, environmentally friendly and effective maintenance practices within the Boiler section. Assist in other areas of the plant as assigned.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
Assist Boiler Manager to Promote and enforce safe, environmentally friendly and workmanlike maintenance practices within the section and supervised contractors.
Ensure consistent improvement of Boiler, ESP, AHS, FGD, WT and WWT mechanical systems maintenance across the plant systems, guaranteeing continuous improvement of plant reliability and availability.
Ensure continuous optimization of workshop resources towards improved response to plant requirements (emergency or other).
Promote team development and training. Develop required procedures to ensure the established maintenance strategy is known and implemented. Provide leadership and job coordination on critical projects.
Assist in high level maintenance planning and budgeting, assuming co-responsibility for approved plan and budget.
Perform other comparable and related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Mechanical or chemical Bachelor Engineering Degree is required.
Minimum 10 years' experience in power plant maintenance or equivalent industrial environment in which supervising role, including mechanical equipment and maintenance work planning exposure; 3 years of which must be on a management role.
Available to work overtime and/or weekends if required.
Ability to conduct Planning and problem analysis regarding Boiler, ESP, AHS, FGD, WT and WWT mechanical systems or mechanical Part of the supercritical coal power plant.
Ability to Interpret Mechanical drawing, Hydraulic drawing, Vibration trend and the Result of diagnosis of mechanical troubles.
Familiar with P&ID drawing, Visual inspection and periodic maintenance for Mechanical facilities such as Boiler, Boiler auxiliaries, etc.
Prefer a certificate of completion on mechanical theory, hydraulic control mechanism, coal combustion theory, fluid dynamic theory and thermal dynamic theory.
Prefer a certificate of completion for the training course on the routine or preventive maintenance work of Boiler, Boiler auxiliary of Super critical coal fired boiler power plant and ESP, AHS, FGD, WT, WWT.
Possess business level communications skills in English (written and verbal) and be computer literate. Able to communicate/discuss any topic in the business environment.
