ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor day-by-day sales performance:
Perform inventory & sales channel management
Perform pricing and develop promotional campaigns to generate sales.
Coordinate with SEM team to implement marketing campaign, optimize impression, and regulate marketing budget
Brief product information and image feedback
Track and analyze the market information & competitor dynamics to provide the necessary tactics
Conduct, and execute the business plan to achieve the sales target and prepare sales forecast for each product in all sales channels
Coordinate and work with other departments (Supply Chain, R&D,…) for smooth running of sales operation
Market research
Conduct market research, initiate & propose new product ideas, identify new markets to enter and occupy market share,e and be responsible for developing & executing launching pla
Sales report & analysis
Prepare sales report & analysis (result-oriented) by week, month, and quarter.
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the manager.
SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge
University bachelor’s degree (or upcoming graduation) in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Finance
Knowledge about the American market or SEO/ keywords.
English is a must (at least 600 TOEIC).
Skills
Market research and analysis
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Have logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
Great sense of integrity, responsibility, and urgency.
Project management
Collaboration and interpersonal skills
Data analysis and interpretation
Presentation skills
Experience
2 - 3 years experience in a similar role in E-commerce, fresher are welcomed
