• Day to day organization and management of HR activities such as: + Recruitment, training and development to create a quantitative and qualitative well-equipped workforce. + Implement HR tools to support the business likes induction program, job profiles, succession planning, exit interviews and engagement survey. + Analyzing staff turnover and working with line management to solve issues. • Maintaining personnel files, keep them up to date • Compensation & Benefit: To manage/review and solve all issues related to Salary, Social Insurance, PIT, Union, labor report, labor contract, KPI, employee benefit, company discipline. • Preparation of social and health insurance reports to concerned local authorities. • Provide input and implement global HR strategy, policies and processes according to Vietnam Labor Code and Regulations.
