In charge of Display Stand Implementation & Internal Communication in the North Region: 1. DIGITAL/ SOCIAL MARKETING: Prepare content, video, poster, ppt,.. for weekly posting (new model launching, good cases, top-performer, etc.) on social platforms (Tik Tok, Facebook, Zalo, Internal-External Channels,...) Coordinate with Product Departments for product information update, ensure information distribution accuracy on all platforms Manage number & quality of media posts shared by internal employees to ensure consistency and maximize communication reach and impact 2. DISPLAY STANDS IMPLEMENTATION Be responsible for planning and implementing display stands strategies to push sell-out in the North Region Coordinate with Product departments and relevant teams to ensure seamless implementation and improvement of displays at retail channels Conduct regular market visits to handle field sales issues such as Out Of Stock, Out Of Delivery and collect market insights.
