* Recruitment
- To compose recruitment notice and posting on: job websites, company website, internal, etc. after the personnel requisition of divisions/ departments approved by General Director.
- Working with divisions, departments are required to know the recruiting requirements for each position.
- Searching, Screening the candidate’s CV and interviewing the suitable candidates to select the most suitable one.
- Updating the information of candidates in the data pool.
- Updating and following the employee list daily.
* Employer Branding
- Coordinate employer branding activities
* Implementation engagement activities
- Help Company maintain quality talent by developing and enacting organization-wide retention strategies and engagement activities.
* Other tasks assigned by direct Manager.
