- Customer correspondence: communicate with customers via phone or email to handle customers‘ demand and address any concerns.
- Sales support: administrative tasks such as, open securities account, preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and organizing sales-related documentation.
- Resolve issues: address any discrepancies or issues related to trading or customer accounts promptly and effectively.
- Documentation and filing: maintain organized contracts, and relevant documents for easy retrieval and reference.
- Data entry: enter information and other relevant data into the company‘s database or CRM system with a high level of accuracy.
